Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with experience in ITOM/FSM modules. The role is remote, and the position is contract-based.

Responsibilities include:

• Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow FSM module to meet business needs, including workflows, rules, and interfaces.
• Integrating FSM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
• Developing custom scripts and applications to enhance functionality and automate processes.
• Supporting FSM applications, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Testing configurations and scripts to ensure quality standards.
• Documenting configurations, scripts, and processes.
• Managing work orders, resources, skills, assets, and locations.
• Optimizing scheduling and dispatching of field service tasks.
• Empowering field agents with mobile app access for work orders, instructions, and safety checklists.
• Facilitating collaboration through mobile channels.

Qualifications: ITOM/FSM experience, CAD CSA certification preferred.
