Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, or Risk/Resilience programs.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow experience, including hands-on delivery with the BCM module (IRM suite).
• Track record delivering BCM implementations from assessment through go-live in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of BIA, risk analysis, RTO/RPO metrics, and DR lifecycle.
• Experience with GRC/IRM frameworks and alignment with standards like ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34, or FFIEC.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, define architecture, manage stakeholders, and own solution delivery.
