Job summary

Rafih Auto Group in North York, ON is seeking a Service Valet to safely shuttle customers and vehicles in a fast-paced, high-volume service department. This is a full-time, in-person role with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour and opportunities for bonus and benefits.

You will follow directions from the Service Manager, plan efficient routes, keep shuttles clean and well-fueled, and provide excellent customer service to our clients. Training is provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract and driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Safely shuttle customers and vehicles with good judgment.
• Collaborate with management to map efficient pickup routes.
• Coordinate schedules with management to meet timelines.
• Elevate customer concerns to management for prompt resolution.
• Keep the shuttle clean (interior and exterior) and fueled nightly.
• Follow company policies, dress code, and training programs.
• Assist with time-off requests and schedule adjustments as needed.

Under the direction of the Service Manager and management team, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely pick-up and return of customers and/or their vehicles, maintaining shuttle cleanliness, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities

• Safe Driving & Transport: Exercise excellent judgment and safe driving practices when shuttling customers and moving vehicles.
• Route Planning: Collaborate with management to map out the most efficient routes to meet customer schedules and pick-up/return times.
• Schedule Coordination: Continuously communicate with management regarding timing, potential schedule disruptions, or delays.
• Customer Care: Immediately elevate customer concerns, complaints, or service disruptions to management for prompt resolution.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the shuttle vehicle clean (interior and exterior) and ensure it is fueled nightly or as needed.
• Adherence & Standards: Comply with all company policies, safe driving practices, dress code guidelines, and training programs.
• Team Support: Handle time-off requests and schedule adjustments through management, and complete other duties as assigned.
