Job summary

Fountain Tire Thunder Bay is seeking a Commercial Tire Technician to operate a Tire Service Truck and deliver top-notch service to our customers in Thunder Bay. The role offers competitive wages and a benefits package, with opportunities for overtime and on-call work.

You’ll handle a range of tasks from inspecting to repairing tires on trucks, farm, or industrial equipment, while maintaining safety and professionalism on every call. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, balance, rotate, and/or repair truck, farm or industrial tires and wheels.

What kind of person are we looking for?

• Applicants with Farm, OTR, or Commercial tire experience preferred, but not required
• A team player willing to take on any tire or any task
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
• This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc. and we need someone who will be up for the challenge
• We need someone who can be on call after hours
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds if required
