Job summary

Enercare Inc. is seeking a Residential New Construction HVAC Service Technician in Edmonton to accurately diagnose and repair problems with residential HVAC equipment on new construction sites.

You will focus on customer service and communicate solutions with integrity. Key duties include diagnosing issues, servicing heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment, performing start-ups, delivering/removing gear, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess licenses/certifications as required by provincial/local laws.
• A license in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration an asset.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the HVAC field.
• Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
• Adept at servicing residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer-focused service.
• Must be able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
• The ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.
• The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for background check criteria.

Residential New Construction HVAC Service Technician

Position Summary: As a member of our team, you will accurately diagnose and repair problems with residential new construction HVAC equipment. With a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity, you will communicate solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer concerns in residential new construction environments.
• Perform service on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
• Perform start-ups on air conditioning as required.
