Job summary

Enercare Inc. is seeking a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician in Edmonton, AB. You will perform equipment maintenance on residential sites, with a strong emphasis on customer service and integrity, answering questions and resolving customer concerns.

Key responsibilities include maintenance of HVAC equipment, service/cleaning of IAQ products, and handling customer concerns. A high school diploma and provincial licensing are required; a plumbing/electrical license is an asset.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certifications as required by provincial or local laws for the geographical work area.
• A license in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration is an asset.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the residential HVAC field.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

As a member of our team, you will perform equipment maintenance on residential sites. With a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity, you will answer questions and resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance of HVAC equipment within residential environments.
• Performing service and/or cleaning of IAQ products and equipment, as well as soldering, welding, brazing and performing minor field fabrication.
• Responsible for delivery of excellent service to residential customers and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an effective manner.
• Prepare material requisition forms.

Qualifications:

• The qualified candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certifications as required by provincial or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area.
• A license in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration an asset.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the residential HVAC field.
• Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
• The successful candidate will also have the ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot problems with electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems on HVAC equipment.
