Job description

Our client is a maker of sophisticated safety products that help protect workers who may be exposed to a variety of hazardous conditions. They are looking for an experienced Service Technician Level 1.

Hours of work : 8am-4pm Mon-Fri

Payrate : to be determined per hour to start

Permanent position after 3 months of probation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair, service, and test customers’ MSA products.
• Ensure repairs and servicing meet factory specifications.
• Receive, package, and ship repairs; process repair orders on SAP.
• Perform cycle counts and shelf-life audits on parts.
• Recommend inventory levels for parts.
• Participate in other projects as assigned.
• Assist in training team members.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a service industry.
• 1-2 years of experience in receiving, packaging, and shipping.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification in a mechanical field.
