Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to prepare and deploy downhole tools on service and drilling rigs, and to assist in tool maintenance in all weather conditions. You will communicate with clients and internal teams, provide technical troubleshooting, and maintain field records.
A strong safety focus and 6+ years in oil/gas are preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel and work on call.
FET delivers advanced products and integrated solutions across the energy, industrial, and renewable sectors. Field Service Technician’s work to prepare, deploy, and support these products and solutions. This position requires working outside in all types of weather, and shop work/maintenance is also a component of this position when not working in the field. Previous tool hand experience in the assembly/disassembly and maintenance of downhole tools and associated equipment is preferred. This position is on a rotating schedule.
