What You'll Do;

As a Service Shop Technician, you will become a crucial part of our team. You will provide advice and problem solve equipment maintenance and repair needs for our customers' equipment, skis, snowboards, racquets, and bicycles.

Your Responsibilities

• Assembling/disassembling different types of bicycles
• Racquet Stringing
• Bicycle, ski, and snowboard servicing
• Deliver a fantastic customer service experience
• Ensure all required documentation is complete and signed prior to releasing equipment to the customer

What You Offer

• You are a passionate, active, and outgoing person
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Previous Service Shop experience is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trust
• Positive work attitude
• Strong attention to detail
