You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of water treatment equipment, ensuring exceptional customer service. Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician or in plumbing is an asset.
• Good mechanical aptitude is required.
• A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract are mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
• Conduct site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation.
• Collect payments and necessary signatures at the time of service.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Operate the company vehicle safely according to procedures.
• On call for technician duties as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Installation and / or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment
• Installation and / or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment
• Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation
• Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service
• Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner
• Operation of company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures
• On call technician as required
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Service technician and / or plumbing experience is an asset
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract is required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting as well as independently
• Requires lifting / moving 50 lbs
