Job summary

London Drugs is seeking a Service Technician in Calgary to help customers with technical questions, troubleshoot devices, and provide friendly, efficient service. The role emphasizes a strong knowledge of technology, a positive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail.

Candidates should be self-motivated and able to work well in a fast-paced retail setting, receiving extensive product training and benefiting from a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with tech support in-store and online inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for repair or guidance.
  • Maintain service records and assist with inventory control.

  • A+ Certification with the ability to work on PC computers
  • Current and applicable Apple Certification (ACMT, ACiT), familiarity with Apple Service Metrics (PSP, CSAT, ACSE) and proven user experience in MacOs Operating Systems
  • All applicants regardless of prior experience will be considered.
