Job summary

Culligan is seeking a dedicated service technician in Calgary, Alberta, to install and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment. You will service POU coolers and commercial coffee equipment, perform pre-inspections, and ensure accurate paperwork and safety standards.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, good mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

Qualifications

• Service technician or plumbing experience is an asset.
• Good mechanical aptitude required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team or independently.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment.
• Install and/or maintain POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment.
• Perform site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation.
• Collect payment and required signatures at time of installation/service.
• Complete daily paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Operate company vehicle in accordance with safety procedures.
• Be on-call technician as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Installation and/or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment
• Installation and/or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment
