Job summary

Culligan Canada in Brampton is seeking a Service Technician to install and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment. You will service POU water coolers and coffee equipment, perform site pre-inspections, and ensure safe operation of company vehicles.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and on-call flexibility. Training is provided through Culligan University, with opportunities for career advancement to lead technician, sales, or management.

Qualifications

• Requires good mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Installation and/or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment
• Installation and/or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment
• Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation
• Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service
• Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner
• Operation of company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures
• On call technician, as required
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Service technician and/or plumbing experience is an asset
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract is required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting as well as independently
• Requires lifting/moving 50 lbs
