What you will be doing:

The Service Support Officer contributes to the success of the Private Banking team by ensuring the execution and delivery of specific goals, plans, and initiatives that support the team's objectives. The incumbent provides exceptional personal service in all activities supporting the Private Banking team, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Increase Client Satisfaction and Loyalty through Service Excellence:

  • Deliver the desired Client Experience by consistently applying Service basics during all Client/ PB team interactions. Provide excellent client experiences and demonstrate ‘Our Service Promise’ by being friendly, willing to assist, efficient, and professional.
  • Demonstrate confidence and knowledge by ensuring transactions are thorough and accurate.
  • Show respect and knowledge in interactions with the APB/Banker.
  • Provide exceptional service and support, with innovative approaches to resolving client and team service issues, while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Support the PB Team with client concerns and complaints, raising issues as needed.

Contribute to branch operations and compliance:

  • Adhere to cash, custody, security procedures, and bank policies.
  • Follow position authorities and bank policies.
  • Accurately process daily transactions and Service Requests from Salesforce.
  • Check and authorize transactions within approved limits.
  • Complete the daily Accounting Support Package as per guidelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of monitoring activities including Automated Control System, Worklist Management Exceptions, Work Hub, and Digital Courier.
  • Escalate fraudulent activities, issues, or deficiencies to appropriate supervisors or compliance officers.
  • Understand and consider the bank’s risk appetite and culture in daily activities.
  • Comply with regulatory guidelines including Privacy, OHS, AML, KYC, and others.
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
