Job summary

Empire Life Insurance seeks a Service Representative to join our Retail Operations team in person at our Kingston, ON office. The role is full-time, in-office, with compensation ranging from 47,813 to 65,875 CAD per year plus potential annual bonus for permanent roles.

Responsibilities include processing applications, resolving complex issues, and handling client account inquiries with accuracy and courtesy. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years work experience in an office environment.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database computer software.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and navigate multiple systems.
• High attention to detail/accuracy.
• Access to stable and secure internet for remote work.
• Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset.
• Completion of a College Diploma would be an asset.

Empire Life is looking to hire a Service Representative to join our Retail Operations team in person full-time at our Kingston office. We are actively seeking candidates to fill one current, open position.

The total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $47,813 - $65,875. This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only; fixed-term contract and casual roles are not eligible for annual bonus and would receive only the base salary component. The actual base salary offered within this range will be determined by the successful candidate’s skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
