Job Description:

Role

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized Service & Repairs Coordinator to lead the end-to-end service and repair (S&R) process across our stores and banners throughout Canada. The role includes:

  • Request Management: Receive, assess, prioritize, and delegate S&R requests via email and phone.
  • Emergency Response & Safety: Respond promptly to urgent issues (e.g., flooding, power outages) to ensure store safety and business continuity.
  • Partner Relations: Negotiate rates and coordinate with service providers and general contractors as well as our emergency services third party.
  • Operational Support: Support store teams through emergency procedures and small projects.
  • Store Closures: Oversee certain elements such as debranding of stores, and ensuring safe turnover of premises.
  • Crisis Assistance: Guide store staff through procedures to address emergencies and minor issues.

Qualifications

What Sets You Apart:

Education And Experience

  • College diploma or relevant experience.
  • +3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read architectural plans and proficiency with AutoCAD Viewer is required.
  • Ability to utilize AutoCAD basics is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.

  • Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communicator in both routine and negotiation settings.
  • Sound judgment, practical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong autonomy, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written.
