Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies, in partnership with Jaguar Land Rover Vancouver, is seeking a professional and organized Service Receptionist to be the dealership’s first point of contact. This role handles a multi-line switchboard, greets visitors, and performs general administrative tasks with accuracy and a friendly, customer-focused approach.

The position offers an hourly wage of $20.00 to $22.00. Strong communication and attention to detail are required; the ideal candidate can work

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely organized.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Switchboard: Answer all incoming calls professionally on a multi-line switchboard, routing and relaying messages to internal staff.
• Administration: Assist in overflow tasks including word processing, data entry, and internet research.
• Filing Clerk: Perform basic clerical tasks such as arranging invoices and indexed documents; maintain accuracy.
• Front Desk Coordinator: Greet visitors and guide vendors, clients, and customers to the right contact.
• Maintain appearance of the reception area and organize documents and files.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
