Birchwood Hyundai in Winnipeg, MB invites an energetic Service Greeter to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during service visits. You will warmly welcome customers and coordinate the flow of vehicles through the service department, ensuring timely movement and clear communication.

The role involves pickup and delivery of vehicles, maintaining the parking areas, and supporting the Service team to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.

• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable leveraging technology for most day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and serve as the first point of contact in the service experience.
• Manage traffic flow within the service department to minimize delays for customers.
• Pickup and deliver customer vehicles as needed.
• Maintain and monitor the dealership's parking lot.

Reporting Relationship:

The Service Greeter reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary:

The Service Greeter plays an integral role at Birchwood Hyundai achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction during service appointments. The Service Greeter welcomes customers and is the first level of communication during the customer’s experience. The successful candidate will manage traffic flow within the service department, ensuring vehicles move quickly and efficiently to avoid customer delays. They are also responsible for picking up and delivering customer vehicles, maintaining the dealership's parking lot, and working closely with the Service team for support. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and understand the service side of the automotive industry – acting as a stepping stone into a career in Fixed Operations.

Schedule:

Tuesday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service experience is required
