Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of Service Desk Analyst experience.
• MSP experience is desirable but not essential.
• Experience troubleshooting IT issues related to Windows, Office365, VMware, AD and Entra ID.

• Respond to IT issues raised on the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Office365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams etc), AD and VMware.
• Do the initial triage of security incidents and elevate up to Security Analysts.
• Escalate IT issues to the engineers where necessary.
• Consult with clients during IT issues.

IT Service Desk Analyst (Hybrid - Mississauga) $50,000 base + $9,000 on call allowance

A leading IT Managed Service Provider is growing rapidly and is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team.

This role will suit someone working in IT who is interested in learning Cyber Security.

Hybrid role based out Mississauga ON.
