Job summary

The Brick is seeking a self-motivated Full Time Delivery Driver in Ontario to deliver furniture and appliances safely to customers’ homes. You will load/unload, assemble select items, remove packaging, and ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires a clean driving record, a valid license, and experience with heavy cargo. Previous furniture delivery is a plus; a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Your clean driving record and valid non-probationary driver's license with experience driving a 5-ton truck (clean abstract required).
• Your ability to handle heavy goods and provide an efficient, safe and enjoyable delivery experience to our customers.
• Your previous experience delivering furniture and appliances to customers’ homes (beneficial).
• Your positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Carefully loading and unloading the delivery truck
• Safely delivering products into customers’ homes
• Set up and assembly of some items
• Removal of packaging materials
• Returning approved merchandise
• Providing professional, friendly and efficient delivery service
• Complying with Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Working with other departments to ensure a positive overall customer experience. Compensation:

$50,000 to $100,000 plus (income may vary based on volume and location).
