This is an opportunity to play a central role in supporting high-quality employment services by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining valuable workforce information, supporting employer engagement activities, and ensuring staff have the resources they need to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Salary: $50,201 to $58,580 annually. Individual pay is determined by skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
Status: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours of Work: 36 Hours per week. This role follows a regular Monday to Friday schedule.
Location: The primary work location is the Open Door Group office at 640 - 3rd ST S.E., Medicine Hat.
The Service Delivery Coordinator provides coordinated administrative, research, reporting, and service navigation support that helps employers, clients, and staff experience responsive, well-organized services.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role works closely with Employer Services Consultants and other service delivery staff to coordinate appointments, workshops, employer events, reporting, labour market information, and service documentation. The position also plays an important role in maintaining accurate data, developing employer resources, supporting recruitment initiatives, and ensuring teams have timely access to current information and tools.
Behind every successful client interaction and employer partnership is a strong operational foundation. The Service Delivery Coordinator helps create that foundation by ensuring information is accurate, services are coordinated, resources remain current, and staff can focus on delivering meaningful support.
