The Service Delivery Assistant supports employment and training services that help people build skills, find work, and access opportunities across Ontario. This role is part of a regional team that works with service providers, employers, and community partners to support strong local labour markets.
In this position, you help keep services running smoothly and fairly. You'll work in a busy, public facing environment, supporting clients in person, by phone, and by email. You support clients at key points in their journey, handle information and payments accurately, and provide reliable administrative support. Your work helps ensure programs and exams are delivered consistently, securely, and on time.
This role offers exposure to a range of administrative and customer service activities.
