Job summary

Wiseworth Canada Industries Ltd. is seeking a friendly, organized Service Coordinator for our Lower Mainland service team based at our head office in Surrey, BC.

You will coordinate daily service activities for field technicians and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring timely service delivery. The role emphasizes scheduling, communication, and collaboration with technicians, management, and internal teams to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration, customer service, or related field is an asset.
• Previous experience in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with industrial equipment or technical service environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Proactively organize, schedule, and coordinate daily service activities for field technicians.
• Communicate with customers to arrange preventive maintenance and service appointments.
• Coordinate technician availability, parts, and priorities to support efficient service delivery.
• Create and maintain service work orders and ensure accuracy before billing.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
