Job summary

Belron Canada is seeking a Service Centre Manager to lead daily operations at our Lac-Beauport service centre. You will be the face of the centre, building customer relationships and driving store performance, with 90% of time spent interacting with customers.

Lead a team, manage schedules and goals, and seek opportunities to enhance revenue while delivering outstanding customer care. A background in vehicle-related work is an asset.

Qualifications

• Three years of management or leadership experience preferred.
• Sales experience would be a bonus.
• Hands-on experience with vehicles is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of your Service Centre by ensuring all customers are met with care.
• Add value to the customer and identify opportunities to boost store revenue.
