Job description

At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

The opportunity

Join EY’s Workplace Services Group (WSG) as a Service centre coordinator and help to bring ideas to life through high-quality services.

As a Service Centre Coordinator, you are responsible for the daily execution of print production, mail and courier services, and general workplace support within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This is a hands‑on role requiring you to manage incoming requests, operate equipment, handle physical materials, and deliver responsive, high‑quality service to internal clients.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize incoming service requests across print, mail, and workplace services to meet deadlines and service expectations

  • Prepare files and complete print production work (printing, binding, cutting, laminating), ensuring accuracy and adherence to branding standards

  • Operate and troubleshoot production equipment while maintaining quality control throughout all jobs

  • Sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and courier items, and prepare outgoing shipments including packaging and labeling

  • Research shipping options and coordinate pickups to ensure cost‑effective and timely delivery

  • Provide front‑line customer service (walk‑ups, email, requests), clarifying requirements and communicating updates or delays

  • Support office operations including scanning, photocopying, records management, meeting room setup/teardown, and catering coordination

  • Provide backup coverage for reception as required

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies (print, courier, office), ensuring timely replenishment

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service centre environment and follow all safety procedures

  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and standing for extended periods

  • Support overtime and additional operational tasks as required

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment

  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently

  • Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively

  • Sound judgment when handling confidential information

  • Reliable and adaptable to changing operational demands

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in a hands‑on operational role (print, mailroom, logistics, or admin support)

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment

  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy

  • Comfortable working with equipment and physical materials

  • This role involves interaction with clients operating nationally and globally where fluency in French and English is required. Bilingualism in both French and English is therefore a requirement of this role.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • Experience in a professional service or corporate environment

  • Familiarity with print production workflows and mail/courier operations

  • Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience

We are looking for individuals who are execution‑focused, reliable, and comfortable in a hands‑on operational environment. The ideal candidate takes ownership of daily tasks, works efficiently under pressure, and consistently delivers high‑quality service while supporting overall service centre operations.
