Your area of focus

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership.

What drives your day‑to‑day

• Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs.
• Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone.
• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms.
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician.
• Test‑driving vehicles to confirm the customer’s vehicle is repaired as needed.
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions.

Must‑haves

• Minimum of 2‑year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required.
