As the Service Advisor , working from our St. Laurent location, you will be responsible for providing high quality service to our customers with important consideration for sensitive time and temperature needs. You will maintain a positive attitude and work environment with accurate data entry and organization.

SHIFT TIMES :

Monday to Friday, 8am – 4 : 30pm

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES :

  • Front counter customer service, assisting and resolving customer needs
  • Address customer inquiries and provide proactive status updates on work completion
  • Ingate and outgate units for service and installs, dispatch shunter, liaison for service vehicles
  • Maintain customer rapport by explaining and obtaining customer’s approval of estimates
  • Invoice PO for all customers

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2 years Administrative / Customer Service Experience required
  • Must be fully bilingual (French & English)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to use judgment and tact when dealing with general inquiries
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work in fast-paced challenging environment
