Job summary

Fish Creek Nissan in Calgary, AB is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage vehicle service experiences from intake to completion.

You will estimate costs and times, prepare repair orders, and connect customers with technicians while maintaining accurate service records in a fast-paced dealership environment. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role required.
• Experience with CDK is an asset.
• Automotive knowledge is essential.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs.
• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs
• Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone
• Develop repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration.
• Prepare repair orders by detailing the vehicle's problems or symptoms.
• Connecting customers to the right auto technician
• Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customers' vehicle is repaired as needed.
• Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $60,000 - 85,000 Commission - No base. This position is entirely commission-based and the expected compensation range reflects potential earnings based on historical performance and market conditions. Actual earnings will vary depending on individual performance, sales results, and other factors. No minimum or guaranteed level compensation is provided.
