Capital Ford Lincoln Regina has a permanent full-time position open for a Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor acts as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers facilitating a transparent and seamless customer experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive
• Determine vehicle needs based on customer information, vehicle walk-around, visual inspection and test drive if required
• Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates, with full transparency
• Ensure proper authorization from customers for all work / diagnosis performed!
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals & the targeted customer satisfaction index
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
• Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines
