Tasks
  1. Develop communication strategies
  2. Act as spokesperson for an organization
  3. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  4. Answer written and oral inquiries
  5. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  6. Arrange for billing for services
  7. Arrange for refunds and credits
  8. Issue receipts and other forms
  9. Maintain records and statistics
  10. Assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints to deliver meaningful information and services
  11. Receive and log complaints
  12. Receive payments
  13. Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
  14. Maintain and manage digital database
  15. Provide ongoing support to clients after sale
  16. Supervise office and volunteer staff
