Job summary

Twin Motors Auto Group is seeking a skilled Service Advisor in Manitoba to connect customers with our service department, assess vehicle concerns, and coordinate with technicians. The role requires strong communication, automotive knowledge, and a commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities include scheduling, advising on repairs, and ensuring clear communication with customers throughout the service process.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and inquiries about vehicle servicing.
  • Consult with automotive technicians about required repairs and present options to clients.
  • Recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and vehicle history.
  • Schedule service and repair appointments.
  • Liaise between customers and technicians; manage work order status.
  • Operate computerized work order systems.
  • Monitor progress of vehicles and update customers.
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Explain completed work and charges to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming phone calls and inquiries related to vehicle servicing.
  • Consulting with automotive technicians regarding required repairs and or maintenance work and providing repair options to our clients.
  • Determining and recommending maintenance based on age, mileage and history of a vehicle.

  • Acting as liaison between customers and technicians and managing the status of work orders.
  • Operating computerized work order systems.
  • Monitoring the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers.

  • Explaining all completed work and charges to customers.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
