What you will do :

1. Communicate with the technicians to ensure the job is done properly.
2. Advise customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
3. Schedule service appointments.
4. Help find solutions to customer inquiries and complaints.
5. Follow up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time promised.
6. Handle phone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments and return phone messages promptly.

For this role, come equipped with :

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of our Reynolds and Reynolds system is a definite asset.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
• Excellent listening skills.
