Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher company, is seeking a Service Administrator to support day-to-day administration, interfacing between Field Service and Sales, and driving service performance in Concord, Canada. This on-site role reports to the Manager, Service Administrator within the Service Administration team.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years in service or sales administration and strong MS Office and CRM experience. Competitive benefits are provided.

• At least 2 years of experience in Service Administration, Customer Service, heavy volume Call Center, Sales Administration or equivalent proficiency.
• Plus: experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle 12, MS Office, TEAMS, and Miro.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily/weekly/monthly reports: new booked and shipped orders, KPIs and Time & Material service requests.
• Maintain the Install Base and warranty records with integrity.
• Coordinate instrument replacement and return of serialized components, driving revenue recognition through documentation.

The Service Administrator is highly focused individual that helps facilitate the day-to-day administration activities and a problem solver helping the team meet and exceed the required level of service, performance, orders, and revenue targets that our business demands. The Service Administrator acts as an interface between the Field Service and Sales, cross functional and front-line teams and its contribution is crucial to the success of the installation and service of our products.

This position reports to the Manager, Service Administrator and is part of the Service Administration team in the Customer Service organization located in Concord, Canada and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Execute reports daily/weekly/monthly; new booked and shipped orders, KPIs and Time & Material service requests. Execute on customer requests, via phone, fax, email, or other electronic means

• Maintain the consistency and integrity of the Install Base, including warranty records

• Facilitate the instrument replacement and coordinate the successful return of serialized components and drive revenue recognition though the Instrument acceptance documentation and more

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in Service Administration, Customer Service, heavy volume Call Center, Sales Administration or equivalent proficiency

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Analytical skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists

• Experience in MS Office suite, Salesforce.com, Oracle 12, TEAMS, Miro

• College degree

The annual salary range for this role is $50,000 CAD – $61,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
