Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking Bar Assistants to join Three Bears, a craft brewery in Banff National Park. You will help keep the bar stocked, support service, and learn bartending skills in a scenic, outdoor-focused setting.

We offer flexible hours, staff events, and growth opportunities while providing a welcoming team environment next to stunning Alpine scenery. ProServe certification is required or trainable on the job.

Responsibilities

• Keep the bar fully stocked and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.
• Manage glassware and stock during busy shifts.

We’re seeking Bar Assistants to join us at Three Bears! A craft brewery in a National Park, in a restaurant, in a forest. Complete with a stargazing retractable roof, beer garden & 25-foot pine tree, our restaurant will make you feel like you're dining's outdoors all year round. Our menu features tasty chef-inspired food meant to be enjoyed with beer made here.
