• 6 months a-lá-carte serving experience in the last 5 years.
• Successful completion of Food and Beverage test required (80% or above).
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset.

Job Description

Server

As a Server with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience.

Starting Rate of Pay : $16.25 per hour

Your Job Duties Include : :

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Sell and up-sell menu and beverage items in a positive, professional manner
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Deliver and present food items to guest tables
• Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

• 6 months a-la-carte serving experience required in the last 5 years
• Successful completion of Food and Beverage test required 80% or above.
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset

Visa Requirements : Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
