Job summary

Earls Kitchen + Bar in Whistler, BC is seeking talented bartenders to grow our bar team. We're hiring 2 to 3 bartenders who can work about 5 shifts per week, delivering high-quality drinks and exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

As a Bartender, you will multitask, engage guests, and collaborate with the team. For the right candidates, we offer mentorship, in-house training, employee discounts, leadership programs, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience crafting drinks in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and ability to recite recipes of common call-cocktails.
• Solid knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
• Commitment to a supportive and engaging guest experience.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and be mentored.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Job description

We are looking for talented and engaging Bartenders to grow our bar team. We are currently looking for 2 to 3 Bartenders who are interested in 5 shifts per week.

• Be a master multitasker. Excel in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional hospitality and crafting high-quality drinks for every guest.
• Create engaging guest interactions. Effortlessly strike up conversation with any and all bar guests, from first time diners to loyal regulars.
• Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
• Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.

What we need from you:
