Description

Ocean Point Ranch in Cambria, CA is looking for an AM Server to join our team! The Server will be responsible for efficiently and courteously setting up assigned tables, retrieving and serving food orders and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to guest tables. The ideal Server will be energetic, cheerful, and able to interact well with guests to provide recommendations and exceptional service.

Core functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Adhere to Pacifica’s Pure Stay guidelines to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of our team members and guests.
• Utilize Proper Protective Equipment (PPE) as required and in accordance with property-specific guidelines.
• Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times while providing personalized service to guests.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Assist with meal setup and pre-set tables in the dining room as assigned.
• Courteously wait on guests, make recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, check-in with guests, and monitor their experience to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete all side work, including filling condiment containers, rolling silverware, and stocking stations.
• Assist with cleaning the dining area, wiping down, and resetting tables for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and kitchen to company standards and health codes at all times.
• Adhere to food safety requirements.
• Report missing or damaged articles to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Assist other team members and departments to contribute to overall performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management.

Compensation
