Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences.
• Have extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu; recommend, upsell, and reinforce customer orders.
• Assist with assembly of food and condiments, check orders for accuracy, and review with guests for satisfaction.
• Be a team player by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring opportunities to impress guests are maximized.
• Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods.
• For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be completed during training or within 60 days of start).
