Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first AI-driven digital agency seeking an SEO Strategist, Senior Living. You own search strategy for a portfolio of senior living clients, shaping technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking narratives.

You’ll be the strategic voice driving decisions with a focus on multi-location and local SEO. You will lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content priorities, coordinating with writers and AI tools, while reporting progress via GA4 and Search Console

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.

As SEO Strategist, Senior Living you own search for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
