Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks an SEO Strategist for Multifamily. You will own search for a portfolio of multifamily clients—defining technical roadmaps, content priorities, and the ranking story when clients ask what moved.

You are the strategic voice at the table, guiding technical audits, content direction with writers, and AI-assisted drafts, plus quarterly reporting in GA4 and Search Console.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on SEO experience with audits and fixes.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs/Semrush.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Experience in multifamily or multi-location SEO is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical SEO: crawl/indexing, site speed, schema, architecture.
• Define keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities with writers/AI.
• Improve discovery in AI search and traditional organic results.
• Manage links, local and multi-location SEO as needed by clients.
• Report in GA4/Search Console and guide quarterly client roadmaps.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As SEO Strategist, Multifamily you own search for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and made the fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• SEO for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
