Lever, Inc. in Canada is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to own the full SEO lifecycle for international clients, working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis.

You will lead strategy, execute on-page/off-page/technical SEO, support lead generation, local search, and e-commerce initiatives, and use AI tools to optimize workflows. Immediate availability required.

• At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience and ability to manage projects end to end.

This is an opportunity for an experienced SEO professional to take full ownership of search engine optimization strategies for international clients across diverse industries and markets. In this remote, contract-to-hire role, you will manage the entire SEO lifecycle, from strategy development and implementation to performance monitoring and reporting. You will work across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, supporting lead generation, local search, and e-commerce initiatives. Requirements

• Proven experience managing lead generation SEO projects with measurable traffic, ranking, and conversion objectives.
• Hands‑on experience with Local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization, and e-commerce SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance tracking and analysis.
• Strong expertise in keyword research, competitive analysis, SEO audits, and strategy development.
• Substantial practical experience using AI and SEO automation tools beyond basic chatbot interactions, particularly for research, analysis, reporting, and process efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• A proactive, results‑oriented approach and the ability to take complete ownership of projects while working independently.
• Willingness to work remotely using a personal device.
• Availability to join immediately.
