Job description

We are looking for a skilled and result-driven SEO/SEM Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing strategies and will be responsible for managing all SEO and SEM activities to increase our organic and paid search visibility, drive website traffic and lead generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
  • Perform on-page SEO activities, including optimizing meta tags, headers, URLs and content to enhance search visibility.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization to improve overall site health.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure all content is optimized for SEO, including product pages and landing pages.
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console and AHREFs to provide regular reports and insights.
  • Work closely with marketing team, sales, and product marketing to align SEO/SEM efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEO and SEM, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
  • Proficiency in SEO tools.
  • Experience with paid search campaigns and bid management tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience working in the AV and Broadcast industry.
