Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a growing AI-first digital agency seeking an SEO and AEO Strategist to own search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You guide the technical roadmap, content priorities, and the ranking story in client discussions.

You will drive technical SEO, keyword strategy, and content prioritization, collaborating with writers and AI to draft content. You also manage local and multi-location SEO and provide GA4/Search Console reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: audits and fixes personally performed.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own
