CTI Working Environments Inc. in Mississauga is seeking a Senior Workplace Design Specialist to translate client requirements into precise furniture layouts, specifications, and installation packages.

You will work with Workplace Consultants, Project Managers, and clients to deliver high-quality drawings and documentation. You will independently manage multiple projects, including large-scale environments with 200+ workstations, on-site three days a week after onboarding, and five days a week

Qualifications

• Experience in a furniture dealership or contract interiors.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects with 200+ workstations.
• Strong Haworth product and systems knowledge.
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop workplace drawings and specifications.
• Own complex project deliverables from concept through installation.
• Apply advanced Haworth product knowledge to design solutions.
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with codes.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
