Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Systems Administrator Sr - Workload Automation to join our team in a flexible hybrid schedule in Canada. The role focuses on 24x7 support, automation projects, and ensuring resiliency across the production and DR environments.

You will analyze business requirements, implement innovative automation solutions, and provide leadership in problem determination and documentation. The position emphasizes collaboration with internal and external partners and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years in technology including workload automation.
• 3+ years experience in automation technology administration.
• 3+ years experience in batch management administration.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the department in cross-department projects and act as subject matter expert.
• Provide updates and status reports to management.
• Analyze information and articulate recommendations clearly and promptly.
• Research new ideas and technology solutions to enhance the environment.
• Support production and disaster recovery environments and lead standardization efforts.
