INNOOVA, founded in Montreal in 2019, is a boutique HR and finance transformation partner and the only Canadian-based Workday-certified firm. We seek a senior Workday Financials consultant to advise, design, and implement modules such as GL and AP/AR, with growth toward architect roles.

Remote work is available from Montreal with client-site travel as mandates require. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Workday consulting, bilingual French/English, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and ideally

• Lead client workshops and design sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Turn ambiguous business needs into clear functional and system logic.
• Strong communication bridging functional and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design workshops with client stakeholders.
• Design and configure Workday Financials modules (GL, AP/AR, asset management, budgets).
• Contribute to integration work linking Workday to client systems.
• Drive testing and deployment readiness from unit testing to go-live support.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying risks and recommending process improvements.
