Job summary

INNOOVA, a boutique HR and payroll solutions consultancy founded in 2019, is seeking a Senior HR Technology Advisor - Functional to lead end-to-end HR, time, and payroll system implementations with clients across Canada.

You will facilitate workshops, translate client needs into effective configurations, and contribute to AI integration and knowledge sharing within INNOOVA's practice. This Montreal-based role offers a flexible hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Active listening and stakeholder awareness essential.
• Experience facilitating workshops with complex stakeholders.
• Ability to produce clear, high-impact executive deliverables.
• Knowledge of human capital management (HCM), payroll, or workforce management systems.
• Experience implementing HR or ERP solutions in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR, time, and payroll system implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Facilitate workshops with resistant teams and steer discussions toward decisions.
• Question client needs and recommend configurations aligned with best practices.
• Produce executive-level deliverables that drive decisions.
