Responsibilities include designing field programs, developing technical reports such as Wildlife Mitigation and Monitoring Plans, Effects Assessments, Habitat Suitability Models, and advising clients on regulatory compliance and best practices.

Additional duties include mentoring staff, business development, maintaining client relationships, and supporting growth of our wildlife services at a national level. This is an opportunity to grow a business, shape a team, and leave a legacy—ideal for entrepreneurial individuals eager to excel and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
