Job summary

ATB Financial is seeking a Wealth Advisor to deliver investment advice and holistic financial planning for existing and prospective clients across the Red Deer region. You will work under the Regional Director, combining advisory expertise with relationship management in a sales-driven environment.

You’ll collaborate with a team of advisors and private investment counselors to provide a customer-obsessed experience, coaching others within the branch and using data insights to grow the client

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales and customer experience in financial services (preferably Wealth Management).
• Immediate CIRO registration through one of the listed paths (RR, CIRO courses, or new CIRO requirements).
• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Business or related field.
• Pursuing or possessing financial planning designation (asset).
• Strong relationship-building, communication and discovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert financial advice and planning by understanding client goals and life stage.
• Drive growth through sales and new client acquisition and referrals.
• Collaborate across ATB with branches, business banking, and senior advisors for a seamless One ATB experience.
• Lead and mentor branch colleagues to enhance financial literacy and teamwork.
• Leverage technology and data to manage pipeline and client interactions.
• Provide trusted guidance that improves client confidence and loyalty.
