Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Mississauga seeks a Program Manager, Linear Water & Wastewater, to lead major municipal water and wastewater programs within Hatch's Project Delivery Group. You will oversee project execution, client engagement, business development, and the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
• P.Eng. designation in Ontario or eligibility to obtain registration.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience delivering municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading large-scale linear infrastructure projects (watermains, trunk sewers, pumping stations).
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Manager for major water and wastewater projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Develop and manage project delivery plans, budgets, and risk management.
• Build relationships with municipal, regional, and utility clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in water and wastewater.
• Support proposal development and client presentations.
